Open Access Policy

GAERPSY Publishing is fully committed to open-access publishing. All journals published by GAERPSY Publishing are open access, meaning that all published content is freely available to readers worldwide without subscription fees or access charges.

  1. Our commitment

GAERPSY Publishing supports the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access. We believe that making research freely available accelerates scientific discovery, promotes knowledge sharing, and reduces global inequalities in access to information.

  1. Licensing

All articles published across GAERPSY journals are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This allows:

  • Sharing: Copying and redistributing the material in any medium or format.
  • Attribution: Appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s).
  • NonCommercial: The material may not be used for commercial purposes.
  • NoDerivatives: Modified versions of the material may not be distributed.
  1. Author rights

Authors retain copyright of their published work. By publishing with GAERPSY, authors grant the publisher the right to publish and distribute the article electronically. Authors are free to self-archive their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, and other platforms without embargo.

  1. Archiving and preservation

To ensure long-term availability of published research, all GAERPSY journals utilise the PKP preservation network and the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system for digital preservation.

  1. Article Processing Charges

To sustain open-access publishing, GAERPSY journals charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of manuscripts. There are no charges for submission or peer review. Discount and waiver policies are available for authors from low- and middle-income countries and those experiencing financial hardship. For details, please refer to each journal's Price Policy page.
