GAERPSY Publishing welcomes submissions from researchers, scholars, and practitioners worldwide. The following general guidelines apply across all GAERPSY journals. For journal-specific requirements, please take a look at the Writing Rules page of the relevant journal.
- Before you submit
- Review the Vision, Scope, and Aim of the target journal to ensure your manuscript is a good fit.
- Ensure your manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
- Prepare your manuscript using the journal's Microsoft Word Template.
- Ensure all co-authors have approved the manuscript for submission.
- Run a plagiarism check using similarity detection software before submitting.
- Submission process
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) submission portal of the relevant journal. Authors must register and create an account before submitting. For assistance with the submission process, contact: support@gaerpsy.com
- Manuscript preparation
- File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
- Font: 8-point, single-spaced
- Language: English
- Title: Maximum 20 words
- Abstract: Maximum 300 words
- Keywords: 3–7 keywords, separated by semicolons
- References: APA format (check journal-specific edition requirements)
- Tables and figures: Placed within the text at appropriate points
- Cover letter
All submissions must include a cover letter containing author names and affiliations, an informed consent statement, an ethics statement (if applicable), trial registration details (if applicable), and a summary of main findings.
- Peer review
All GAERPSY journals use a double-blind peer-review process. The review process typically takes 4-8 weeks. Authors will be notified of the editorial decision and will receive constructive feedback from reviewers.
- After Acceptance
- Authors will receive an official acceptance letter.
- The Article Processing Charge (APC) must be paid upon acceptance.
- Authors must sign the Author Agreement Letter before publication.
- A layout proof will be sent for final review before publication.
