Terms and Conditions

By submitting a manuscript to the IJSIE, authors agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between authors, the journal, and GAERPSY Publishing.

1. Submission and Publication

  • Authors warrant that the manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by another journal.

  • Authors confirm that all co-authors have approved the manuscript and agree to its submission to the IJSIE.

  • All submissions are subject to the journal’s peer-review process, and the editorial board reserves the right to accept, request revisions, or reject any manuscript.

  • Accepted manuscripts must comply with the journal’s formatting requirements and manuscript preparation guidelines.

2. Authorship and Responsibility

  • Authors accept full responsibility for the content of their manuscript, including the accuracy of data, citations, and references.

  • All individuals listed as authors must meet the ICMJE authorship criteria. Ghost and gift authorship are prohibited.

  • The corresponding author is responsible for communicating with co-authors and the editorial office throughout the publication process.

3. Copyright and Licensing

  • Copyright ownership is retained by the author(s) upon publication.

  • All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license.

  • By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the IJSIE the right to publish and distribute the article electronically.

  • Authors must sign the Author Agreement Letter before publication.

4. Article Processing Charges

  • The APC is payable only after acceptance following peer review.

  • The current APC is $400.

  • Discounts and waivers are available in accordance with the Discount and Waiver Policy.

  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Ethics and Compliance

  • All submissions must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics, Plagiarism Policy, Authorship Policy, and Conflict of Interest Policy.

  • Research involving human or animal subjects must have received appropriate ethical approval.

  • Authors must disclose all sources of funding and potential conflicts of interest.

6. Withdrawal and Retraction

  • Authors may withdraw a manuscript at any stage before publication by notifying the editorial office in writing.

  • Withdrawal after the layout process has been completed is subject to the Refund Policy.

  • The IJSIE reserves the right to retract published articles in accordance with COPE retraction guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

GAERPSY Publishing and the IJSIE shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in published content. The views and opinions expressed in published articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the journal or its publisher.

8. Amendments

GAERPSY Publishing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to authors via the journal’s website. Continued submission to the IJSIE constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
