Archiving and Repository Policy

All articles published in the IJSAIDT are available in the OJS Systems for archiving through the PKP Preservation Network and are preserved using the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to guarantee long-term digital preservation.

Self-archiving

The IJSAIDT encourages authors to deposit (self-archive) their work, including the submitted article, accepted-for-publication article, or final published version, in any suitable sources such as institutional or specialised repositories, personal websites, and similar platforms, without an embargo period.

Repository Policy

Author self-archiving rights

IJSAIDT permits and encourages authors to deposit versions of their manuscripts in institutional and subject repositories without restriction. This ensures wide dissemination and compliance with funder and institutional mandates.

Authors may archive the following versions:

Submitted version

Authors may deposit the submitted manuscript (pre-peer review) at any time.

No embargo period applies.

Authors are encouraged to update the record with a link to the final published version once available.

Accepted manuscript

Authors may deposit the peer-reviewed and accepted version immediately upon acceptance.

No embargo period applies.

The archived version must include a citation to the final published article and a link to the journal’s official publication page.

Published version

Authors may deposit the final published version (PDF) immediately after publication. The version must not be altered. Proper citation and a DOI link must be included.

Repository locations

Authors may deposit their work in institutional repositories (e.g., university repositories), subject-specific repositories, general repositories, and personal or departmental websites.
